They were having ladies wednesdays down here. I sent my wife over for the discount oil change with the instructions "do nothing but oil change". They tried to sell her the moon.

 

I only let GM certified techs that I work with work on my new truck. I do all my own work on older rides. There are people that just don't care everywhere, and a vehicle is not something to disreguard.

 

This is why no one touches my truck..............Period. Or any of my vehicles for that matter.

 

Not only do these places rip you off but most of the kids working there have little to no knowledge or common sense, at least up here.
My sister was a victim of some goof who overtightened her oil filter so bad it pushed the seal out the side, spewed all the oil out on the freeway and froze her engine up. By the time the oil light came on it was already too late.

 

Its amazing there are 30 million ******* stupid people who go to Jiffy Lube.
