Yeah The Jiffy Lubes are crooked down here to, my mom took her expedition there and spent over $250 on ancilliary services and when i checked all the stuff they "replaced" nothing had been done. They denied all of it and now i can't go back there haha

 

Wow jiffy lube just got bitched slapped The only people that work on my truck I know pretty well, even the GM tech at the dealership

Thats really shitty...just think how many people across the country are getting ripped,ive always the done the maintenance on my own rides.......not too long ago my friends dad went there for an oil change and they didnt even screw the oil filter all the way on!

 

yeah I dont trust any mother *******, and Ill dam sure be there watching if I dont know them. When my dad was out for surgery I took it to this "lightning lube" down the street. my 1st cam swap failure I found out they like cranked the filter on there. Not doin that again.

 

i had a guy bitch to me one time sayin we used cheep filters and he said jiffylube uses better stuff and are cheaper on oil changes and i said take back jiffy lube right as i was checkin his air filter and there wasnt one..i laughed and said thats what you pay for

 

Yup, old news. They got busted big time, made national news too. Who takes their crap to one of those kind of places? The people who don't think of their machines like we do.

 

I do all my own work that I can. Didn't mount my last set of tires cause I didn't have the equip. I was watching through the window at a local tire store and took my r/r straight from the machine to the truck without balancing it!!! Told the girl at the counter and made them take it back off and balance it properly while I watched!!! Folks try to get over on people who don't know any better and thats sad. When I worked as a tech I treated every job like it was mine and the person who's car it was would check to make sure the work was done correctly. To this day even though I've chosen another career people bring me stuff to work on cause they know I will do it right! I make good money off the work I do because I'm trusted by those I choose to do work for.

 

Trust noone unless they bring the beer!
