Its a cartoon on posting in threads and just general forum rules, from a humorous standpoint of course.

 

its a flash file... does it not give you an option to download flash when the page loads up?

 

STICKY. The whole thing about the search button is awesome and should be shown to all newbies upon arrival! What do you think mods? In the process of signing up, have them watch it and make them agree to terms so we have less repeat threads.
