a RCSB rt-10 got traded in at work today, so i decided to take it for a spin. i wasnt that impressed and i thought it would be much faster, the 22's do nothing for performance. what do those things usually run in the quarter mile? my truck seems as fast if not faster that that thing.

 

I doubt that your 4.8 with a Powerdyne and 20's is as fast as a RCSB SRT-10. Although I'm not sure how fast your truck is, I guessing it's high 13's with the 20's...and would expect at least a mid to low 13 from the Dodge.

 

in a truckin mag it said that they ran low 14's, don't actually remember the exact time though.

 

yea but throw some et streets on that beast and watch out. not posting for dodge but with a little coaxing, i am sure that truck could really be a street stalker.

 

in truckin it says 14.08 for the dodge. and my truck does feel like it pulls a lot harder than the dodge after 60mph.

 

I pulled a srt 10 with a vortech on it at the track I ran 13.4 and he ran 13.6 I was quite shocked that I had him but in the next round he sprayed on me and got me with a 13.2 @ 109 to my 13.4 @ 101 If a vortech blown , nitrous SRT 10 only runs 13.2 I only wonder what it ran stock. I have plans for him next track day Ill teach him to spray on me

Sorry , but they are slow for what they are. Lots of torque, no traction and mild top end . I am not impressed. And I whooped up on one at the track.

 

i pulled on one one night coming home from brunswick. from about a 50 roll put about 1 1/2 on him

 

It Is A Manual Transmission So It Has To Be A Good Driver To Make It Run Its Best....
