The Red Cross comes to where I work as often as they can, so I donate(if it's been long enough between). I have A-. I don't ever have any side effects, and depending on the time of day I sign up for, I even go back to work(I load semis). All I have to do is sign up, and the Red Cross is set up in one of our conference rooms, and you are excused while on the clock to donate. I get done, eat some pizza and cookies, drink some grape juice, and go on about my day.
