I got kicked off of one of the harley forums for asking this question...

But does anyone recognize this tank. Year/Make/Model? I'm sure someone out there can use it more than me. I've had it sitting in my garage for 5 years. Thanks guys

Ha ha. Seriously, I have no idea. And the fact that you got kicked off seems weird. Maybe its not for a Harley, but has the emblems on it.

No, it's definitely a Harley tank.
On one of those stickers there should be a 5 or so letter designation, more than likely starting with FLH or FLS.

Sometimes, it will even have the year with it, but hopefully it wasn't where the decal is torn off.

All I know for sure is that it is off of a 2004 fuel injected big twin...big twin meaning not a Sportster. I could see the date of "04" by zooming in the most I could with my laptop. Like Gadgetized said, maybe have the bar code scanned an HD dealer or if you're lucky, maybe a smartphone app can decode it?

What site was it that booted you?

They usually bring about $100-$150 unless it is dented, which a lot of people won't even want it then.
