Default Dodge Rampage Concept

A Dodge concept truck...

Dodge said it combined the width of a Dodge Ram with the overall length of a Dodge Dakota to create the five-passenger, front-wheel-drive Rampage. The proportions of the cab-forward truck are dramatically reconfigured, with the largest portion of space devoted to the cabin, followed by the 5-foot cargo box.
The right front seat and the 60/40 rear seats can be folded into the floor, marking the first use of Dodge's Stow 'n Go seating in a pickup and the first Stow 'n Go front-passenger seat. Behind the rear seats, the backlight retracts into a Midgate, which folds down into the cargo bed.

This enables users of the vehicle to carry longer items without having to lower the tailgate. The rear bumper fascia, which Dodge calls a "second tailgate," also drops down to reveal an enclosed storage space that Dodge says can accommodate a stack of 4-by-8 plywood sheets.

A pic of this ugly mofugger can be found at:

There are a couple interesting ideas there, and a few nice styling cues, but I don't like FWD in a truck, and I'm not impressed with the mid-gate rip-off. Although, the mid-gate design becoming more popular would be a good thing IMO.

Ewwww. That kinda looks like a messed up minivan; and to think Dodge had been doing so well with most of their concepts too.
