When he said 3000hp on pump 93 at 20psi I literally laughed out loud. Did he ever say the displacement?

im sure it cost alot to build obviously, but im more curious in how much $$ he quoted them it would be to make a v16 from scratch when they came to him, and they said sure why not go ahead and make it happen..
