Default Looking for 58x long or short block

im in search of a motor, It can be shortblock or long block
it has to be a 58x motor, under 80k miles 6.0, 6.2 or etc

basically a pull out, not something you have already cammed or etc...

Ive got a 5.3 58x 2008 motor complete, just no front accessories, was told it has 60k looks really clean.

And if you want I do have all the front drive stuff except the a/c compressor and alternator.. Other than that it's a complete motor!

Can also get my hands on a 6.2 out of a escalade... Pretty much complete, I even have a ls3 cam, springs, and pushrods I could throw in it! Comes with a complete intake manifold, but it's gonna need one sleeve, (due to a 1" long crack), and a new piston (due to a chip orbit top ring land). I could have all this done as well... Just let me know

Okay! I just found a genV 6.2 complete for a steal! How big of a deal are those motors to swap, have you dealt with any of the newer genV stuff George?

I was just wondering about putting one in a genIV truck... With the direct port injection and all? But I just went over and looked at the motor, turned out to be a L92!

Yeah I know... I was just seeing what is different and if there are any major complications when using a genV motor in a gmt900 truck? I know the direct port injection and they use a different exhaust manifold pattern....
