Just heard from a friend of mine who has a Chassis Dyno. Yesterday he was dynoing one of his customers Mustangs. He (my friend) just finished building a Small Block Twin Turbo Ford for the mustang. After a few pulls the mustang set a new record on his Dyno.....1615RWHP / 1245RWTQ. This was at 31psi of Boost with what they called the safe tune. Yesterday in testing in went 1.24 60ft and 3.34 330ft on a track with little to no prep and at 4 seconds into the run he lifted because the car was sideway. They called it a day after that because a drag radial car making that kind of power wasn't safe with those track conditions. The car will be at Bradenton Motorsports Park for the Outlaw Radial Tire Championship on Oct 24 - 26. As soon as they post up some pics or video I'll add the link here.

Here is some additional information on the car:

The rear end is a fabricated 9" Ford, built in-house with 40 spline axles and a 3.20 Pro Gear. AFCO supplied the rear double adjustable shocks. The front is an AJE K-member with geometry corrected by Madman. The front struts are from Santhuff. Bogart supplied the 15 x 3.5 and 15 x 12 wheels, while Mickey Thompson supplied the 315 drag radials. This car features a complete turbo kit fabricated for the 106 mm Turbonetics turbo. Shexnayder Racing (Earl Schexnayder Jr.) built the 414" all aluminum engine and the Powerglide transmission. FAST XFI controls the fuel injection, and MSD controls the spark.
The car was finished and assembled in time for Nick to come home and run the car's maiden race - the World Ford Challenge #10. Nick and his crew chief, Matt Case, won the event, running a 7.96 @ 179.47.
Now, a few changes were made which included an upgraded to twin 91mm Turbonetics turbo

Well, just found out he lost first round in Bradenton 4.98 vs 4.92. He went 4.98 @ 152 in the 1/8th. Can't wait to see what it is going to do next weekend in Orlando for the World Street Nationals.
