Default Calling out - Need some help please!

OK, Ive been trying for the last couple of weeks to arrange a transport for my truck from my shop to Las Vegas for SEMA.
I have tried contacting several transportation companies, but none of them can guarantee arrival times, and are asking for a lot of money as well.

Ive been trying for 3 weeks to arrange a flat bed or an enclosed trailer, and I have had a tough time trying to pin something down.

I was just called today from the show manager of Sema and they want my truck there a day early, on Saturday, as my truck will be in the main building in the featured vehicle section - they are only asking 25 vehicles to come in on Saturday, the other 350+ vehicles are arriving on Sunday, so I wont have to wait in line to get into the show, so the drop off should be quick and easy.

If anyone has a flatbed, or a car trailer, or an enclosed trailer, etc i can pay for gas and additional cash... additionally I can give you my second full access pass to the show... I would also need a return tow the following Saturday, back to my shop, which is in ventura county.

I am about 4 hours from my shop to vegas, maybe a little more because of towing the truck.

I have to be in vegas on Saturday the 31st between 12pm - 3pm, I have to leave the following saturday by 6pm back to ventura county.

Thanks in advance guys...

the road to Vegas from LA is full of commerial rigs going 85 and throwing rocks. He's going to be showing in the largest auto show in the world, his truck is spotless and you think he should drive it?

No, it belongs covered and transported on a flatbed or better, in an enclosed trailer. This is a world class show truck, the paint alone has more in it than most of us have in our drivelines

Yeah, it's over a big mountain and through a nasty desert too.
