Default Buying a high mileage truck?????

My dad is a car dealer and called me yesterday about a truck! I have been looking at a few scsb trucks for a daily driver for me. I found a 2000 model that was traded in along with his 2007 z71 so he could get a new z71. The man and woman are 67 years old(I know the man was). Here is the kicker, the truck has 168,000 on the clock! I'm not really worried about much but just wanted to ask opinions. It drives tight, trans fluid looks and smells good, oil is good, records every 3k miles! Overall the truck is clean, just normal wear with black truck! It's got cloth but power everything and 5.3 to boot....... what is this truck worth?

Depending on what model it is, I would think that 3-5 like Rj said would be fair. Given it is in good shape.. I would not be scared of miles, we all know miles do not hurt these engines. If the old man was the orig owner, then it is prob in good shape..
