A weld broke ....










on an exhaust hangar I got on my coaster and took a look, that's where that noise was coming from! Welded back up and good to go!

Not bad for 5 years of service, ehh? Truly I am surprised by how reliable my truck has been. Sure, she's cold blooded as hell but when she's hot, she's hot

 

Why is she cold blooded? Tune related?

 

Most likely but I don't know where/why. A/F is real close. Cold it feels sluggish, slow to respond. Pump is issue too. I lose prime I believe, cold starts suck. I need to replace the Walbro, probably a good idea anyhow.

 

Im not liking my walbro either, damn cold stars are still a bitch.

I hear from a fellow member that aeromotive is coming out with a new pump to drop in our tanks. Hmmmmm .......
