What did the work truck run 2 sundays ago with the bigger slicks and bigger shot of juice? I was told it ran a 12.48? Did the larger tires hurt you?

I will be up soon. I'll just have to see for myself once I get there.

There's a video of him online somewhere running 12.4 I think. I can't wait for it to cool off some, then I'll head back down to Cecil. I keep running all my bests at Atco, when I know I could do a lil better down there.

He went a 12.44 that I know of. He said he was going to up the shot and run some serious tire a couple of weeks ago. I heard through the grape vine that he still only mustered up a 12.48 even with the extra juice and stickies.

Oh yeah. Hemi777, Keep thinking all my 12.6 passes on RADIALS were in cold winter air. You have no idea..

Well, it happens sometimes. I'm with you, I ran my 11.6 just a couple weeks ago It had dropped down to 65* that night, but it was still 98% humidity! I can't wait for some good air.

Sometimes things just don't go as planned.... I went from the 275/50R/17 Nitto Extreme 450's to the 305/45R/18 Nitto Drag Radials ( they did weigh 9 lbs each more ) and No Traction Probs vs No Traction at all with absolutly NO improvements in my 60's.... WTF!! went from leaving at an idle with a slow feather to from anywhere form 1000 to 1800 RPM and NADA..... instead of 13.70's or better ran 14.00's and 60's stayed at 2.0's..... ah well that is just how things go....
