After trading my 01 sierra for an 09 impala over three years ago, I finally baught another
Pickup truck. so I'm back in the game, but this time with a lot more knowledge and know how.
Thanks to ltr450ryder I got an 01 Silverado Z71 with with just over 250k miles.
I know its a lot of miles but if anybody drove this truck you'd think it had under 100k miles!
The body is ruff but if it wasn't for the cool orange color it is, I probably wouldn't have baught it. Plan on fixing the dents as much as I can for close to free. But first I'm going to completely declad and debadge, going for the clean look. Then I'll lower it to two wheel drive height and install the 1.5 inch lowering shackles, to make it level of course. Nissan 18s I have in the shed should draw attn away from the dents. As far as performance mods go, right off the bat I'd like to install efans and a c.a.I. OK enough with this new members thread I'll start a project thread and go more into detail with what I plan on doing to the pickemup truck!
Special thanks to ltr450ryder if it wasnt for him I wouldn't even know how to change my own oil right now!!
