I ordered a 3" cutout from their website, using PayPal as instructed by their website. They received the money instantly and that's the end of the story. I haven't heard anything...not a confirmation email, tracking number, nothing. So I called them on Friday and left a message. Then I emailed them Friday night, and I understand that the email may not be seen until Monday, but I guess that I was hoping for the best. I'm giving them until Tuesday then I'm filing a paypal dispute...I'm a little ticked off. Even the message on their voicemail sounded unprofessional...they guy leaving the message sounded like a thug...WTF, get your sister or someone with a good phone voice to leave a professional message for you.

So far it has not been a good experience...hope that their product is better than their service or I'll take my chances with a QTP

Side not fellers, what happens if Billy or anyone, cancels an order using PayPal? Do / can vendors charge a PayPal cancellation fee?

Correct Tom, Good Ol Mangled can get them. Since hes apart of SW, He gets them through them.

 

Grrrr....this is what happens when I do things by myself lol, I was just so excited to get this thing, that I was checking them out on their site, saw that I could order it direct and the price was the same that I've seen anywhere else, and impulsively jumped on it I would have definitely gotten it through John...and I've had great experiences with SW...**** I test fit their headers on my truck to see if they'd work on 4x4 99-02's and got my setup for an unbelievable price in return. I also shipped them a "manifold" so that they could take measurements for EGR provisions...but I don't think that they ever went that route anyway.

Well, I'm going to give DMH a few days and see what happens...maybe they'll catch wind of this thread and do the right thing and just ship me my cutout...that's all I want

Can't help myself sometimes Tom...I knew that I wanted the cutout, and figured where better to get it than straight from the source, guess I was wrong...again

 

I ordered from them and eventually called after about a week. But its a rather small operation and he shipped it out as soon as he finished the production run. It was only like two weeks maybe. The guy i talked to seemed like he was the guy running the whole show IE one man operation or close to it.
Just be patient as it is a very nice cutout for the money.

 

yea i got the feeling it was just him. Most people would be suprized how small most automotive company's are.
