I ordered from them and eventually called after about a week. But its a rather small operation and he shipped it out as soon as he finished the production run. It was only like two weeks maybe. The guy i talked to seemed like he was the guy running the whole show IE one man operation or close to it.
Just be patient as it is a very nice cutout for the money.

x3 on it being a small operation, besides hearing that also herd its kinda hard to get ahold of them somewhat. but indeed being a smaller company makes it that much harder to return every call and email and such in a timely manner . Herd nothing but good things out of them so no need to file a claim on it imo at this point. Id give them a little bit to respond or get your order before panicking. i also understand the point of placing an order and not receiving a order confirm or something simple like that makes you a little weary..
they are in ohio so shouldnt be that long to get your order fwiw as long as they are caught up..

Can't help myself sometimes Tom...I knew that I wanted the cutout, and figured where better to get it than straight from the source, guess I was wrong...again
...I kinda got the impression that it was a small operation, and the product does look to be top quality. Luckily I don't need it immediately (although I said that I did in my correspondence to try and expedite the shipment), I'll give it some time. It would be nice to have some sort of reply that, "yes, we do have your jack and will be returning the favor by sending you one of our quality cutouts" lol. I feel like I sent my cash out into space...

Allright, you guys are making me feel better about it...DMH is the cutout I want, but as I'm sure you all can understand, when your hard earned money just goes out into space you can get a little nervous. Plus I'm excited to crawl under my truck and start test fitting these exhaust parts so I have a plan on how it's all going to go together. The exhaust will be the next thing I do after the FLT Level7 and Circle-D 2B Triple Disc (gratuitous plugs
), then a trutrac, as well as a replacement front diff as mine is growling and I got a handful of metal shavings last time I changed the gear oil. Then I'll be starting a ton of threads as I put my LQ9 together...not so much to ask questions as to just ***** it up a little bit
