Default any weightlifters/bodybuilders ?

just wondering how many of you build your truck and your bodies??

i was into it hard for the last few years, but the addition of a new son and house kind of got in the way.

i am getting back into it hard, about the last week or so... fixing to GEAR up. lol

i am over the normal gear though, i am going to finally try growth.....the old test based stuff kills me, and the old lady hates it!

i was 225 at 5% b.f., and now i am down to 212 at 7% b.f..... just from not working out for 4-5 months... pisses me off!

230 @6-7% here. I'm 6'5", so would like to be around 240. I've been lifting hard for about 5 years and I've been in martial arts since I was 12 yrs old (I'm 21 now) so thats my main source of cardio

I am not a full blown lifter, well not since school, but do try and hit the weights a few times of week. It just seems to me that in order to be huge or ripped it is total dedication, I find it that I don't have enough time in a day to do all my hobbies.... I am 6.0 and 215.. and my last press was 340, late last summer.

you can tell you've gotten into modding your truck when you say you are 6.0..... lol

it does take lots of time that not many of us have, thats why i usually try and get the diet/supplements right, then it doesnt require quite as much effort to get some mass.

i was catching 405 for 2 reps on the bench last year, at 225... i almost blew my ******* out doin heavy squats though , so i toned those down. gotta be careful, hymrroids suck!

hopefully i can stay in the gym this time at least until summer is over, i just want to look cool on the beach... i hate lookin like an old dad.

back in my playing days i was 6'8" 325lbs at 9%... i have a pic somewhere... anyways, at a local combine here in LA i did 225lbs x 42 reps non-stop... i played ball on scholarship at Sac State... was picked up in training camp with the Raiders until my dislocated knee blew my chances... folded my knee back 90* the wrong way, tore 3 out of 4 major ligaments... 2 surgeries and 2 years of rehab. I have to go back in and get it cut again... sux.
This pic was of some random gang banger who was a huge raider fan... two years after camp -
I was still 310lbs and pretty lean...

too bad i cant see the photos from work, but you sound like a big son of a bitch!! i used to train jeet kun do with a big ***** like you, i think he eventually got into the protection field as well..... i did a few competitions in Birmingham, AL before getting out of it.... it is a very enjoyable martial art, and very useful!

too bad about your knee! Did you hear about Keith McCants the other day?? he was a star played here in my town, played for Bama and now for the NFL, he got busted 20 minutes from my house, hopped up on crack and ****, threw a screwdriver, pliers, and his crackpipe at the officer....and had to be tased and subdued....

what the hell is wrong with folks?
