Man I feel like a freaken shirmp especially seeing how freaken HUGEEEE USABODY GUARD is, Im a skrawny 5'8 at 135 lbs..... I need to do some serisous beefing up, although my legs are strong as an ox, I did about 620 pounds (all the weights the leg press had) back in grade 11 ( 3 years ago) I did about 8 reps in a row, hard to keep my skinny *** down on the seat..

I try to stay pretty consistent with lifting weights and I stick to a pretty good diet for the most part. My only downfall is that I'm not so into it that I don't go out and drink huge quantities of beer. If I didn't do that I'd pry be better off but it just isn't that high up on my priority list.

Pretty serious about lifting as well. 6 ft even, usually get up to about 235-240 during the winter, then cut down to 220-225 for the "beach bod". Sitting right at 222 at the moment. I stay in pretty good shape during the summer due to job, lifting, and water sports. Try to keep the "gear" use to one or two cycles a year, if that.

i just started some hgh monday, i already feel the energy. my first time on this, i generally stick to test products... i actually got 225 for 8 on the bench the other day, my first time back in there in 7-8 months... i was happy so start there.

this stuff isnt gonna give the size and strength gains of test, but it ill cut me up and give lean mass.... which is where i wanna be. i live by the beach, and spring break hunnies are on the way down here!! i need to hurry up and get ripped, but this cardio sucks!!

Grill like 10 chicken breasts and/or salmon along with a lot of brown rice and veggies on sunday night and bring a couple meals to work throughout the week.

wow Im nothin close to ANY of u, haha. I work out about 5 times a week and have been for the last 3 yrs now at skool and every now and then during summer. Last 2 yrs I've been serious and my last max 2 weeks ago was 235. Im about 5' 10" and 180ish.
I agree with MeanZ71, u just gotta start eating right and if ur gonna do it do it seriously. And Im proud to say I've never "geared" up or juiced a day in my life. At the most I took weight gainer protein for about a week straight and felt like it wasnt doin **** besides givin me some raunchy gas, haha
