UGG!I have been sick now for at least a month.I work outside all year long driving an oil truck, but never have been this ill.First time i was sick i was told i had bronchitis/walking pneumonia.Started to get better except for the late night coughing fit.It went away for a few days and it was really nice here in upstate,ny but being ill i still dressed in a hoodie so i wouldnt get sick again.Well guess what yesterday i had a 60th surprise party to go to and about 2 hours in my throat felt like it was closing and then my lungs started hurting again. So i went to drs and guess what i have the same thing as above but with laringitis(however its spelled).Sorry for the rant im just frustrated.
p.s. i never knew this section was here but i love it.

Not to be your mother, but try watered down instant chicken noodle soup. Make a pot on the stove and keep a full mug within reach and constantly sip it all the time. The hot liquids will help relax and open up your throat and bronchial tubes, the salt will help soothe your throat and make it easier to cough stuff up. Drink as much as you can. If you are not pissing like a racehorse, you need to drink more.
Buy both expectorant and suppressant over the counter cough syrup. The expectorant for the day time, to make it easier to get the crap out of your lungs, and the suppressant for the night so you can sleep.
I am not a doctor, but I have been there before, and this is where I start when I get a killer bronchial cold.

I had the crap for almost a month...I walked around with a water bottle at all times, mega-dosed on vitamin c and drank hot things like tea, soups. It was nasty, good luck with it.

nothin like a lil lean to get you feelin good again
