Any NFL fans?

What does everyone think of the recent info on Favre? Does he deserve what the team is doing?
Would u rather see him stay retired, come back to GB or go to another team?
I gotta tell ya. Not a GB fan, but all these years...I think it had more to do w/ Brett beatin the Lions. I'd love to see him come here.

From: as far away from Koonerville as humanly possible
I think he should just hang it up. Don't want to see him turn into another Vinny Testaverde.
If he does decide to play, wouldn't it be funny if he went to Chicago or Minnesota?

So there are only 2 NFL fans on PT?
I don't like the back & forth stuff, every yr he'd say he'll retire. If he did that for the drama, I don't like it. That's like when GM keeps us in the dark, then goes...we're gonna do this...
No denying, Brett is an awesome QB!

ive always liked Favre but it seems like hes expecting alot out of the packer...i mean hes been with them what 14 years or somthing, there not gonna just let him go i wouldnt think. they are going to have to get paid to let him go. but it was kinda shitty they said they would make him backup QB.

I love football, and Favre. I think he will wind up playing somewhere, but it's probably not going to be GreenBay. I'd love to see him play for the Packers, but the team won't let him start, at least as things are now. He's looking to do 1 more, maybe 2 more years, not time to be a backup.
He wants to be released, but the Packers won't let him do that because there's a chance he'll wind up with either Chicago or Minnesota, and that'd be really bad.
I don't think he wants to be traded, because it would be to an AFC team, maybe Miami, or KC? Neither of them have a snowball's chance in hell of going deep into the playoffs, so....who knows. All I do know is that if he wants to play, he'll play.

Well we need a QB in MN that's for sure!! Close to home for him too
I loved watching him play, even though the Pack is a huge rival of ours.
Honestly, I think he should stay retired. He went out on top in a record setting year! Enjoy life now, especially since he's still somewhat young and healthy.
