Isn't the adjustment on humidistat and outside air temp going to decide the % for me?

http://www.aprilaireparts.com/aprila...ontroller.html

that is what I have.

The old humidastat decided it for me. I just set it and left it.

yes you want to use the setting that best fits your climate, look at the manual it has a list of options on which setting you want to run it on setting should be on the back of the stat labeled A,B or C , depending on how long your winters are and what type of water your using...... other than that your sensor and humidistat will keep the % in check if u have an automatic selection other than that you will have to set the % on the front of the stat with the Less to More option.... i mainly use t-stats that have the humidistat built into it due to our high humidity on a average its 50% or greater so the t-stat will tell the blower to turn on low speed untill it get humidity in check.... your current stat dosent look to have an auto on it

Here you need the humidity. It is -5 below outside so with the heat running it gets drier than a popcorn fart in the house. I just don't know for sure how to get the constant 24 volts and what other terminals need to be connected.

ok goto that link you posted up and follow the schematics on Figure L, this will call for humidifier when there is a call for heat and a call for fan, if you wire it up like that you will have your constant 24 volts to the terminal strip..... all your doing is pulling 24 volts off your furnace to supply the stat, if ya need help on the phone pm me your number

http://www.imarksweb.net/search/g61mp+wiring+diagram/

Here is the wiring diagram for a G61MPV Lennox.

Where do I need to get the constant 24 volts off this circuit board?
