1st & ONLY PASS AND THE TRANSMISSION IS TOASTED BUT



I will say the Daytona is a beast and will take time to get use to the new set up. It revs sooo freakin fast im not use to it and the new power.

I spun very little but i left off and punched it again only to redline 1-2 gear but i stayed in it and let off at the 1000ft mark due to my tranny not going into 3rd gear and just reving cause it was toast

Im very impressed with how it ran and the MPH just lets me know what to expect if i hook, dont redline, and make a full pass. I can see this set up ging 117mph+ ALL MOTOR with a low-mid 11 all day..N/A

7.7@97mph- 1/8
12.1@110- 1/4 -Letting off @1000ft mark

Was the trans stock?

 

Yup bone stock except the converter

 

yeah im hoping low low 7s in teh 1/8 with that MPH and low low 11's in the 1/4 mile around 117mph but of course with no mishaps

 

that really sucks man, i was hoping to see you make a pass but didnt get up there in time... youll get it all figured out im sure tho

 

Whats with the crappy 60? Impressive mph for some many problems. Congrats.

 

That's the only dodge I like. I love that color. I had a go mango 06 Daytona charger and loved the color.

 

I had to ease into it cause i was on crappy bald drag radials and when i finally punched it it spun a little, i let off got back on it and redline 1-2 which kinda felt it all happened before the 60ft...LOL

4.56 gears and a 27" tires= fast 1st gear

I didnt have the slicks i have on the picture cause the caliber was grinding with the rim. The problem has been fixed already though. So when i get my tranny back ill make a full pass on slicks and new tranny and hope for low 11's

 

I wish i could get one of those now and throw my motor in it
