Default Tuning TBSS for STS???

Im thinking of taking everything off the Tahoe and trading it in on a TBSS. My STS kit will stay. Any idea as to how difficult it would be to get this thing to fit? What tuning options are out there. Ive got a wideband so worse case I guess I could use an FMU and low boost for a while? Will a cam for an LS1 based motor work with the LS2 motors??

either way you'll have a sweet ride. but probably all that will be needed is some minor fabbing of the intake pipng and connection of turbo flange to the TBSS exhaust. For tuning call STS cause they have kits for LS2 covettes and thats the same motor in the TBSS right?

I know the tbss has alot less room in the engine bay... I think that routing the intake piping back into the engine bay may be fun, none the less it would be sweet. I know I have been looking at them lately the tbss that is.

Hey Tim- I have looked at a white one at greenwood chevrolet in Austintown 3 times now

There's not a lot of room under the TBSS, either....

I'll see if my dad will let me take one for a while and see how difficult it would be. I would also likt o see if the rotors etc that I have for my Tahoe would fit One can always hope. If there is no room for an STS kit Im not going to have any interest.

You would definately have to go to electric fans to run some intake plumbing. I also dont know how you would run the plumbing into the engine bay, there isnt nearly the same amount of room as in the trucks..

So far there are no electric fans for the TBSS. No one has run electric fans on any Trailblazer (4200 or 5300 or 6.0L) without setting off numerous codes. This of course is compounded by delays in tuning software. Hopefully someone will come up with a solution to the e-fan issue soon...this is one area where the SSR is ahead of the TBSS.

Yep, AFAIK, tuning software is a huge problem atm for all the LS2s.
