Default TPS problem. HELP PLEASE

Well the tps reads 83%-84% everytime i go full throttle. we have tried 3 different tps sensors. all read the same. makes me think the TBSS just dont read higher than that. also if you turn the key on and hit the gas pedal( motor off) the blade opens 100%. so idk.

Any ideas?

Thanks
D

Some scanners and TB only read 83-84% at WOT. It's common.

some of the tuning changes. like in the trany and fuel dont take effect till after 90% tps. so do i need to turn those numbers down to around 80%tps then they work?

Really?

Mine does the same thing too. I sold my original TB with the sensors on it and it always read 100% at WOT. I put on a new OEM TB and it was reading erratic at WOT like 94%, 88%, 78% etc.

Did you put a TBSS TB on your truck or do you actually have a TBSS?
