Default TBSS gas mileage

I'm curious the gas mileage you all are getting in the trailblazer SS. Please specify AWD or 2WD. In some articles I have been reading people have been saying 14 city/ 17 highway with some saying 18 city/ 22 highway.

12.5 regular driving. Well, whatever regular is for an LS2 powered 2WD SUV.

Let's just say that I'm taking the bulk of my mileage in fun.

I just drove a 500 mile round trip that averaged 85mph the entire trip. I got 17.4 mpg. Not bad at that speed avg and a little "spirited" driving along the way. I bet it would have been easily 20+ at 55-65 mph.

Well since the wife has it and takes it back and forth to work she gets about 14.5 but we took it on a trip to Colorado and averaged 17-18MPG on the way up and 18-19MPG on the way back to the coast. We were running about 70-75 up and 75-80 back. An LS2 and 4.10 gears ROCK in the mountains I might add, we were cruising the whole time w/ the cruise set and she didn't downshift once. Oh yeah its a 2WD LT...
