Rough Country sells a kit that has 4 new shocks, new t-bar keys and 3" blocks for the back for $189..Its a pretty complete kit really...
There are several other "kits" out there as well...they all do the same thing really

Oringinally I was going to go with the Rough COuntry kit mentioned above, but I have heard the shorks are ok but not that great and I didn't want to crank so much for 3".
I was just going to do a 3" body lift, but you need to extend the gas filler neck, steering shaft, etc., and the 3" gap between the body and frame is unsightly unless you get gap guards.
Then I found the zone offroad 3.5" combo leveing kit which consists of leveling keys and a 1.5" body lift for $250ish + $50 for rear bumper brackets. It doesn't include shocks, but Edelbrock sells shocks for leveled trucks for around $25 each that supposedly ride pretty good.
I was going to go with the Zone 3.5" kit, but found set of ford keys on here for $60, and bought a set of the Edelbrock shocks for the front for $52. Then I am just going to get the 1.5" body lift kit seperately. The 1.5" kit doesn't require adding extensions to the steering shaft or gas filler, and the 1.5" gap at the cab and frame isn't noticeable, and it is easy to fab up something for the bed.
So for just over $100 I got parts to level the front, and with another $200 I will add the body lift to run 33x12.50x20s.

just remove the blocks in the back under the leafs, and lower the front via the torsion bar adjusting bolts till you get the look you want. The more you loosen the bolts...the lower the front will go
