No flex fuel. But will be a plan in the future. Strictly 93 for now.

i dont understand your question.
what to expect? more power that is a given.

what is your real question?

What whp could I see with my current setup and twin turbo kit? Any problems that I need to look out for with this kit? Recommendations on what other parts I should invest in?

why would you not call speed engineering and ask them what they know and have learned.
They built the kit, they should know that stuff.
fuel system, exhaust system, and the biggest intercooler you can fit is what i recommend.

oh and pull your trans and have it built for the power

I think what Smokinlmm was getting at was if it's already Flexfuel-capable truck, they typically come from the factory with 30% more injector and pump flow to accommodate the potential use of E85. So if you were to run such a system on 93 it'd have extra capacity to support mild boost But of course, if you were to run it on E85, then you'd still need to upgrade the complete fuel system to compensate for the difference in stoich ratios.

Question is, what fuel injectors and pump do you have now (stock, upgraded)? What's your max duty cycle @ WOT? Although if you're planning on switch to E85 at some point, you might as well plan upgrading the fuel system now. You'll also need to upgrade the map sensor compatible with the boost you'll run.

The other thing is, did you gap the rings for boost? If not, there's a ton of factors as to what is considered safe boost level (a/f ratio, fuel type, camshaft, ignition timing, compression ratio, intercooling efficiency, etc.), but stock ring gaps will definitely limit you.

Fuel injectors flow rate is what will determine rwhp. If you don’t have fuel you will not make power just noise.

Nice build list! Good luck on the build!

We need some more info to help you guess at whp. How much boost do you want to run? on what fuel? with what pump and injector?

Power is dictated by CFM, so "12psi" is not the same power across the board. Not to mention 12psi on a turbo will almost always make more power than 12psi on a blower because of parasitic loss, intake temps and resultant changes in timing

That said, a very basic- back of the napkin estimate on a 5.3 is: 12psi= ~500whp

Personally, on 91 and factory pistons, I wouldn't run more than 12psi if I want to keep the motor alive. If you wanna let it eat, thats a different story. But with conservative timing, 12psi and 91- that 5.3 will live a very long life. Your heads and intake manifold also help flow, which means 12psi is worth more power compared to a gen3 5.3. CFM makes power, less restriction= more CFM= more power. When I say 12psi is the "safe limit", I am referring to the increase in cylinder pressure on the factory pistons

Thank you all for the replies. I will definitely be looking to upgrade the fuel system and probably the intake as well. I would say anything upward of 500 whp would be my goal. That being said my next question would be how much would the stock block handle, rings ungapped? I've read different things and I understand that it varies. Just trying to see where I can be "safely." We have 93 where I'm at but I don't mind changing things to E85. Oh what do you recommend i go with for the fuel system? Injectors, fuel pump, etc.
