Well i would really like to try and get it all out i would hate leaving pieces behind. I have an idea. It will involve a jig and press at my work. I will definitely do a write up when i do it. I will be getting my parts together asap. It seems like a very straight forward process. With the right tools i think it will turn out good. I plan on adding one or two clutches to each side with the spring block. This should give a decent grip without sacrificing daily driving performance. I wonder if i should run a friction modifier due to less pressure on the plates.

Running with friction clutch disc(s), you WILL want the posi-trac lubricant additive.
Please post pics of your conversion.... I want to do similar.
