hey i need new tires for my stock rims and my 20" rims. i am going for the offroad look. on my 20's i run 285/55/20 and the only tire i can find that is knobby is the bfg all terrain and currently they are $371 a tire. any of you see any other knobby offroad looking tires in my size? please let me know if you know of any other.

also my stocks i want to run 265/75/16. i am looking at the new bfg mud terrian km2's and the interco tuxus mt's. same thing i am going for the knobby offroad look. anyone have any other suggestions or any thoughts on either of these two.

also is there any place online that sells tires pretty cheap besides the usuals and the sponsors---->

305/50R20 is the same height as your 285/55R20 but with a wider foot print to show off that 20-inch bling. Look for an all-terrain because a shiny 20" doesn't belong off road. The stock rims have a much better chance at off-road potential.

265/75R16 is one of the most common truck sizes ever made. You should have no trouble finding a tire. If you like the BFG KM2, get them. They're worth the cost. I have a set of those on my dune buggy and they grip like the old set of BFG Krawler T/A's I had on there before.

 

you can also put a leveling kit on, a 2.5" in the front with a 1" block in the rear. then you can run a 33" toyo mud terrain with your 20's

actually i did a poor mans lift. i did the lift kit cranked all the way but it actually looked almost like the rear was sitting lower so i put blocks in the back. i fit this set up with a little rubbing on turns if i hit a bump

 

i know chrome 20's dont belong offroad but i still like the look of the knobby offroad look on the rims. especially because not alot of people with 20+ rims run that setup in my area everone has there 22's with rubberbands

I have not had any problems with mine, except for mud have not really tryed it.

 

ehh, i have my faith with the toyo mud terrains. they work amazing in the snow and soft dirt, havent tested them in deep mud yet though
