ive got a 2000 gmc rcsb z71, i found some 4 inch rancho spindles out of a lift kit. would i see any lift just from the spindles? also would i have any kind of alignment or other problems doing this?

When you say,"out of a lift kit", did that kit include other items such as longer springs, upper and/ lower a-arms? If the spindle is intended to be used with stock a-arms, you should be fine and yes, you will see 4" of lift. When in doubt, call the manufacturer or good offroad shop.

you would have to have all the drop brackets for the rancho lift to be able to use the rancho spindles. with out the brackets the spindle will not fit between the control arm
