Not sure how I missed this. I was going through the same thing on my truck when i bought it (2006 sierra denali) I first went with leveling keys and aal's out back gained about 2" up front without any bad vibrations. Then i got the itch to go up higher I made my own 2" body lift for $90. So I have 4" of lift and 35's in these pics. Rides like a champ. I am currently about to pull the trigger on a 6" kit and I will make the front shaft work....although I'm pretty sure my truck has the same front shaft as any other 4x4 z71. Deff no cv-like front driveshaft....

I have a 2006 sierra denali with 3" keys and have ran into some front end problems including cv axles.

I have readylift leveling keys and aal with 285/70r17s and it rides fairly smooth. Although the roads here in Tucson are crap with cracks and pot holes all over the place. I know someone with the skyjacker 3" lift. Looks good. I'll see if I can find the kit # he used.

Default denali lift

Driving down the road is pretty smooth in my denali, i have pro comp es9000 shocks on it. The problem i experience is play in the pitman/idler arms. When i kick it from a stop or rolling stop i get this terrible death wobble, the front tires start to flex inwards causing the truck to jump all over the road. Any suggestions?

check wheel bearing and tie rods. Make sure everything is tight.
