It sounds to me like your paperwork is incomplete.
After you get them installed, I'd lift the truck up slowly and see how much it wants to stretch those bags. If it seems like too much, then I'd lift the truck by the axle as often as possible from here on out.

Yea that's what I'm thinking too. I think it would be pretty easy to just put a ratchet strap around the axle and frame to keep it from going to full droop if I'm going to have it on a lift for a while. Thanks again!

I'd think about adding limiting straps like what the drag racers do to their front suspension & the 4x4 crowd does.
As examples:
Superlift - Limiting Strap
