Im new to the forum (from houston area), but anyways I have a few questions on my 06 silverado, I was thinking of getting sum 22 ss wheel replicas, my question is what kind of tires are yall running?? I was thinking of running a 305-40r22 toyo stII tire all the way around, but im not sure if they would rub up front at full turn, I may also have to drop it, thinking about 2 inch drop? I dont want to drop it to much as i pull a trailer here and then, maybe even 305-45r22 tires will work with out rubbing?? (want as much rubber so I can still have a smooth ride) thanks in advance guys, ill post pics of my truck here shortly,

 

After I had it stolen, I will also be painting all the door handles the color of the truck, side mirrors, chrome bumpers, and chrome grill the color of the truck, and of course im going to rhino line the bed

 

the 305/40 will most definitely not rub. it is possible the 45 will, but I highly doubt it. They are just slightly taller than stock. Between the added weight of the 22 and the added height of the tire you will definitely feel a difference in acceleration and braking.
