Default Cognito steering parts

Is anyone running the cognito idler/pitman upgrade or the idler arm brace. Do they work? I've managed to wipe out both my Idler and pitman arm in 30k so before I replace them I want to see if theres anything I can do to increase their life.

I have also heard nothing but positive comments from people who have installed them.
