Default 245s need to go!!!!

i have a 2007 new body sierra crew cab 4x2 w/t,and i installed a readylift front leveling kit,the instructions say i need to make a small cut on the fenders to fit 285/70/17s.is there a better way to fit this size tire, such as a small body or suspension lift?

I have a 01 sierra with a readylift leveling kit and fit 285/70 17. I have about a half inch of clearence at full turn. but if you want more lift I would do a 3-4" suspension lift.

I have BFG AT TA's 285-70-17, stock height, and no rubbing issues at all.

305/65/17 Those coil over kits give you about 1 1/2 to 2 inches more than the leveling kit.
