I'm running a readylift 2.25" leveling kit and the zone offroad 1.5" body lift on 285 cooper mud tires on my 2010. Aftermarket 17" wheels. I rubbed a little bit with just the leveling kit.

As I said.. mine rubbed a tad at first with the 2.5" TGC kit. I would imagine you should be fine with the RCX 2" and a tiny bit of trimming of the inner fender liners
I looked up the top gun kit and i like it as it uses a top and bottom spacer. I noticed the bottom mount only kits would be bad close to getting the bottom of the strut on the axle. I have also been looking at the black XD wheels, i think they would look tuff on the black truck . Ill trim the inner fenders if need be i guess. Did you notice much of a power/milage differnce with the 33" tires? Thanks for the info.

Nitto Trail Grappler M/T's are great, have em on my 98 yukon.... Sick off-road performance, no highway buzzing and an awesome aggressive tread pattern.

Heres my set up
295/70R17 on 17x8 Eagle 140 series

Ya I like the top gun alot, very happy with mine. Here is a pic of my angles (pre-alignment)

as far as power/mileage loss, it will be there but not to the point where you will really notice.. just throw a replacement muffler on and a cai and you will make up the diff

+1 for trail graps too.. I ******* love mine, this is after 7k miles!

Man those CV angles are not bad at all... My S-10 blazer looked alot worse and lasted. Ill just stick with the 285-65-18's and maybe sqweeze in a set of the XD wheels. My truck is a 3.42 gear with the 6 speed if that makes a differnce power wise....

the nittos are good tires. Im not sure how they will last on a gas truck but mikes diesel F350, ( with parts) gets about 40K miles out of set.. i think the compound is soft though... when you pull out normal you can see faint black marks in the mirror..

Jud at rpm races the baja on nittos... last year at on of the pits there was a thorn or something that went in one side of the tire out the other... it didnt even loose air lol... no clue how he did that.. must have been a magic trick!

I drive the truck 70-80 miles round trip to work and its just not feasable to go any bigger with it. This setup is suppose to work with NO rubbing. Please tell me if im wrong or if i can a tad bigger tire.......Thanks for all the help.....
You don`t need a leveling kit at all go to your local allignment shop and have him crank torsion bars to truck is level and then do the allignment done this on several of my trucks there is alot of adjustment on the torsion bars way more than you need to level the truck

Any info would be a great help and if you have a pic of a 2010 with the factory 18" wheels and a 285/305 tire with the 2" lift it would be great. Thanks, Heath...
Go to your local allignment shop have him crank up torsion bars till truck is level and then do the alignment did this on many trucks and there is plenty of adjustment left over no need for leveling kit waste of money

Considering that this is a few months old, he's probably already made the decision; however, GMT900 1/2-ton trucks do not have the torsion bar front suspension setup like the older trucks and the 3/4+ ton GM trucks. In short, a GMT900 needs either front spacers or a rear drop to sit level. I went with coil spacers up front on mine, so IK could tuck my tires (see sig) with no rubbing. FYI.
