WTB good stock 4L80e for 97-00 5.7 truck

My tow vehicle is about to take a dump. Looking for a good used one near DFW if possible. Its for a 2000 old body style 3/4 ton 2wd. I have seen a few 4WD ones. It is a big deal to convert or is it just a matter of swapping tailhousings?
