Default what junkyards are you guys buying engines from?

I cant find an 05 or 06 5.3L with less than 100k miles on it for less than $900...
im in the houston area.

Yea all the 4.8L/5.3L engines go for $550 around Las Vegas and the 6.0L goes for 1000-1200.

bad *** stew! i will call them in the morning! and yes im looking for an LM7
jake, if you have ever seen the truck scene here in houston, you would understand why engine are $$$ here. lol people want $2000+ for a low mileage LQ9. its retarded

stew, that one has 6 bolts broke in the block from the alternator bracket and power steering.... im gonna go look at it.

No bueno. There are cracks on the bosses for the a/c compressor bracket on the block.
