North Dallas Toll Roads (SRT/DNT)
Will be in Frisco next month and I have never had to travel on any of the toll roads in DFW; always visited southern areas (Ft. Worth/Arlington). I assume they are all electronic??? Scans my plate and they send a bill??
I see two options....From Denton south to Lewisville, then North on SRT

Denton east to Dallas Pkwy (DNT)
Coming from Lubbock; Taking 114/380 and staying near Dr. Pepper Arena. Suggestions?? Thanks!

I live off 380 near DNT in Prosper, they will just send you a bill, Zip cash cost you more, you may try to setup one before coming, and just never use it again, you can use your plates while waiting for the sticker to come in. Give them a call.

Update: Ended up taking 20 into DFW, then a series of quick on/offs that somehow involved 35W, 121, 820, 121 BUS and SRT. It wasn't bad actually. The drive on 20 is much better than 114/380 to me, especially late at night. I can not stand 2 lane roads, much less, in deer country at night. Give me 75mph POSTED speed limits and an open interstate, lol.
Heading back today for ANOTHER cheerleading competition for my daughter. This time in Garland. Will be there all weekend, might try and find a GTG or something.

god, Garland is ghetto now, good luck! I probably know a few people out there at that event today. Good luck to your daughter's cheer team. If you guys do an early enough meet I may make it, I work nights so I can't do anything late, if it's a lunch time thing I can.
