would have posted in the classifieds... just wondering if anyone had a built 60e/65e they wanted to let go reasonably?

i hate to pay a shitload to build my trans i have.. its slipping bad though..

i live in Mobile, Al and would gladly drive somewhere that was a reasonble distance from me..

just curious guys..

Talk to Vince @ FLT or give PerformaBuilt a call. They are both quality transmissions, and won't break the bank.

LOL i have... their trannies that will hold the power level i need are all $2K ++

i know its probably silly to try and be cheap with a built tranny... just was curious before i drop the hammer on a rebuild..... someone may have a badass unit just laying there with my name on it

Im in the same situation bro,dealers gonna replace my trans under warranty,till then im saving up for a built trans.

even after the s/c its still warrantied ?

i tried to do that... they wouldnt fonk with it.

Yea,i got the blower,lowered,cats deleted,full 3inch exhaust,cam.and yes there still going to warranty it.the partsman is a good freind of mine,thats where i bought the truck.**** it went out with only 5000miles

I'm gona be selling the fully build 4l65e and DACCO remanied TB I6 converter that's in my truck in about a month. Nothing wrong with it, just swapping out to a 4l80e. Has about 10k miles on it. Looking for about $1500 for the tranny and converter.
