I'd be down. I'm only about 15 minutes down hwy 6 from sugarland in shadow creek ranch. Sundays sound good to me. Just chill and **** right before the week starts, and another opportunity to meet more of you guys in person. I won't be available until the sunday 21st of feb though. A cruise to the track maybe once a month sounds good as well. For example, meet every sunday and cruise to the track on the 3rd sunday of every month. Could turn into something big.

Set it up dude, even only if a few show should still be fun.

Also, I'm cool with any fellow truckers. The level of money/speed does not determine who I'm friends with.

I wish I could say the 21st would be good for me this time, but I'm making the trip to SAR on the 20th as a spectator.

lately i've been going to the 2920 meets on fridays, its been getting crappier everyweek though with all the swangers

 

Nice! Yeah I want to keep this somewhat exclusive to trucks and SUVs, if possible. But don't want to alienate anyone. We'll just see how it goes and play it by ear. I am making a list of everyone who responds to this post and wants to come, I will be PMing the location next week.

 

I want to post up a general statement about this meet since it looks like it will be happening. I don't want to sound like a **** about this but I don't want it to get out of hand.

I want this to be primarily trucks and SUV's, but if you have a friend who drives something else and wants to attend that is fine.

This is not a street race meet. If you come with sole purpose of challenging someone to a street race you will be asked to leave. On meets where we are going to the track, if a friendly grudge match is proposed by two attendees we will handle at the track.

There will not be a burnout contest. If some smoke gets thrown up as people are leaving, that's out of my control, but, it will be a show up, park, pop your hood, BS, have a good time and then leave sort of get together.

I have ok'd us being there with the owner of the business we will be meeting at, but if the cops come and break it up....... well we all know what to do then. It will be at a restaurant so if the establishment gets some business I'm sure he won't mind us coming back so let's try and come hungry and give him a little business in appreciation, not mandatory and he isn't expecting it, but it would just be cool if we did it.
