Default Yukon/Tahoe hidden subs/amp

I'm looking for some ideas (photos appreciated) on hidden installations of amps and subwoofers in Yukons or Tahoes. Mine has the 3rd row seat. Show me some good ideas guys! Thanks!

Custom car stereo in Houston did the work. It's a JL W1 10" in a sealed box powered by a 250 watt PPI amp (IIRC). Sounds great, just loud enough without being obnoxious, but it bumps if you want it to. And the sub and amp have both survived my car getting broken into twice, if I had it sitting in the cargo area with the amp stashed under a seat, it would be long gone.

EDIT: And the amp is bolted down, it is not loose in there. It is unbolted in the picture b/c I was working on it.

Thanks for the pics TX, that's the kind of idea I'm looking for. I've seen the center console stealthbox from JL, and I put a stealthbox in my Z28, but I'm looking to build my box and system in this SUV, like I did with my truck. I wonder if anyone has built boxes for under the rear folding seats?

If I could build anything I wanted, and hide it, I'd want four 8's. Any more ideas out there??

you could probably put something underneath the second row seats, they are identical to crew cab seats. what year do you have? i tossed around the idea of putting an 8'' in behind the front of the console in my 01 yukon, like where the bose ones have their sub. you would just have to take all the plastic out from behind there.

It is a 2001 Yukon SLT. Really wanting to install four 8's. And want them to be completely hidden.

Well, mine is an 03 Tahoe, so the factory sub is under the center console in the front for the Bose system. I know in the 02's and prior NBS tahoes, they had the factory 8" sub back there. There wasn't a sub there for my 03 beforehand (only jack storage), they just used the same plastic panel as in the 02's with the sub grill.

If I remember correctly, the sub and amp for the 02's and prior was one large piece that sat behind where my sub is mounted. So I am sure there was a remote wire running back there, but as for the size of the power wire, I don't know but I would be hesitant to use it to power a legitimate amp.
