Wiring ipod to stock headunit - 07 Sierra

Is it possible to wire an ipod in behind the stock units on 07+ sierra/silvys? That way I can still have the aux open but put my ipod in the glove box.

PAC has an available module to allow I-pod conttrol about 175

I tapped into my xm and ran an aux. Costs about $6-7. There is a way to do it without xm too. Search xlcooplx on gmfullsize
