wiring factory stereo to amp?

Tap the wires into each of the rear speaker wires,
run your rcas straight to that behind the deck.
run the remote turn on wire from the amp to acc. wire behind the deck.
Look up a wiring diagram for your make and model and you will find which color is the accesory
