Default variable fan blower?

Ive been having an issue, its not really critical but more annoying than anything. Just having the a/c on any setting the blower speed will slow down but the voltage wont change, and then after a while it will come back to speed without any other changes. It didnt used to do this I dont think, or else its a lot more noticeable now. anyone know how to fix this?

would almost bet it the fan blower resistor. it is located under the dash behind the glove box by the blower motor. it shouldnt be very expensive and only a couple screws to hold it in. check and see if you are getting 12 volts AND ground at the resistor. if so then it is the resistor as it is the only thing that controls the fan speed.

change the resistor and order the harness for the resistor. Guarantee you when you pull it apart you will find that the harness has melted at the resistor assembly.
