Default Trick to Hid's

I just got a set of cheap ebay HID's they don't work at all. Am I missing something or did I just get a bad set???

They are pretty much plug n play kits, unless you have hi and low beams in 1 bulb.
could be a bad set, if you end up having to buy another set, look at DDM tuning kits. Thats what I put on my wifes brnz and my last truck.

i would re-check everything again (assuming you havent already).

Yeah you have to flip the plugs because the polarity is reverse on our trucks. The plug that connects to our factory harness, flip it and try that. Most people don't look at that.

Yup, try flipping the wires, that's how I got my DDM's to work.

flipping the plug works had to do that on a lot of kits

try connecting straight to the battery to test every thing, make sure you dont touch the bulb
