Default Sub box for a regular cab?

I am looking for a single 10" sub box for my regular cab. I want to keep the jack in the stock location and would prefer to buy premade. Don't need anything super amazing or expensive just looking for more bass than the speakers can provide. I mostly listen to rock and some country.

Suggestions?

find one that is close to what your sub needs!

But a shitty box can be a disappointment for sure...imo if you are going to do it, do it right. You can build a box cheaper than a prefab, and ensure that it's to the right specs so that it sounds the best.

I can't find any single sub boxes for a 10" sub. I would rather avoid building my own but if that's what it will take I guess I have no choice. I just figured there would be an option someplace but everything I see are for 2 or more subs and most are for 12" subs.

I had a pro box super bass box in my single cab a few years back and it was ANAZING! The speaker is behind the driver and its ported close to the passenger seat but stops before the jack I listen to the same style music you do and this box was awesome. Most ppl thought I had 2 subs in there. I had an eclipse sub in it but I think now you can only get the box with a sub already in it I'm not sure. But Jl makes the subs for them if you can only get a box loaded with a sub and they are great. They just put a pro box label on it. One of my friends got a pro box loaded with two 8 inch subs for his dodge 4 door and it sounded like two 12s were in there turned up I was amazed

What year? Subthump.com makes some pretty decent boxes.

I have a 12'' kicker cvt in one of kickers truck boxes, it does really well for that style music, size box and for the money. Running a mono 800W amp with Hertz doors and kappa pillars.

Those proboxes are money! Could have one built for that price.

Yeah they are kinda high now, but excellent quality. I got mine when they weren't as well known and it was a lot cheaper.

Most pre made boxes are made to the specs of the sub you may have. This results in not getting the best sound from the sub. I would try visiting a local audio shop to have one made.
