Default Stupid Rattling

I've got this really bad rattle when my subs hit and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. The rattle seems to be inside my driver's side seat Has anyone else had this problem and know what it is in there and how to fix it? I suspect it may be something to do with my lumbar considering besides that and the seat belt thats all thats in there to my knowledge.

Its right behind the seat. The truck is single cab so I have to cram them in there. I've a 10 behind each seat in seperate boxes.

There is a mesh of wire under that that suports the seat maybe part of it is rubbing on the frame of the seat or there are also some metal springs under there for the the seat adjustments some of those could be making the rattling noise. Turn your system on and see if you can see anything moving. If you could figure out what part of the seat is making the noise that would help.

it's probably the rubber around the speakers where the screws go into the box that's rattleing

No I'm sure its not the box or the speaker its the seat. I'd like to try taking it apart but I have no idea where to even start on a seat. What makes it worse is that today I just got 2 new subs that hit even harder than the last ones
I'm just waiting on my seat to fall apart now or something.
