Default Recommended max amp draw?

What is the recommeded max amp draw for the stock, I believe, 105 Amp Alternator?

I'm not running a big stereo system or subs, I'm looking at a set of aftermarket e-fans and they draw 50 amps.

Thanks in advance.

My 145 amp alt won't charge at idle with 40-amp e-fans and headlights on.

Your 145 starts to charge @ 950rpm.
